We roast Organic Arabica coffee from Peru that is directly sourced from farmers.

It’s a medium roast with tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla.

Yes! Date seeds have high protein content. They are also a good source of dietary fiber and are rich in antioxidants. The seeds contain no sugar and help balance the fruit sweetness. We roast and grind the date seeds just like coffee beans.


Please note that more than 80% of the calories found in tamar come from fiber and protein and less than 20% come from the sugar and fat found naturally in dates and coffee beans.

The simple answer is that you brew it the same way you would your regular coffee. 

All of your usual coffee brewing methods will work with tamar, as well.

Try our suggested brewing ratio of 2 Tbsp of tamar for each 6oz of water or adjust according to your personal preferences.

We are proud to keep it local, as much as possible. Our organic dates are grown in sunny California and our coffee comes from a family-owned farm in Peru. Production is handled in Oxnard, California. Tamar coffee is made in the USA.
