We roast Organic Arabica coffee from Peru that is directly sourced from farmers.

It’s a medium roast with tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla.

Yes! Date seeds have high protein content. They are also a good source of dietary fiber and are rich in antioxidants. The seeds contain no sugar and help balance the fruit sweetness. We roast and grind the date seeds just like coffee beans.

The simple answer is that you brew it the same way you would your regular coffee. 

All of your usual coffee brewing methods will work with tamar, as well.

Try our suggested brewing ratio of 2 Tbsp of tamar for each 6oz of water or adjust according to your personal preferences.

Yes, our blends include coffee and therefore also include caffeine. A cup of Balance will have around 45mg and a cup of Elevate around 85 mg per an 8oz cup of brewed Tamar.

Tamar date coffee is a natural solution to manage your caffeine intake and to avoid unwanted caffeine negative side effects.
